Interesting, Haysaw, is this the economic reality of early R + D, shrinking and no longer affordable to pharma ?

We need to keep our universities funded, pharma no longer has the luxury of delving in here. I see most of the new products starting thru academic programs. The government certainly cannot afford to dabble.

It is a rough time financially to be a top notch scientist.
