Wow what a bunch! The shareholders and the MGT. The shareholders blame every downtick on the "shorts" or MM manipulation. The "transparent" mgt bashes the shareholders and thinks that doubling the the authorized (and possibly the outstanding) share count is not a matertial event. The fist question an educated investor asks is "what is the share count". How could anyone buy this stock without knowing this? You do not know the market cap of this company, so you do not know what the company is currently worth.
