Let me tell you a story about that tax info.....Let's call this a tale of two stock picks by The Rainmaker.

Two of my picks had out of date stuff on their respective Secretary of State websites. I emailed both the CEO's alerting them this needed to be fixed. One was Eric, I emailed him last week about it and another stock I'll leave nameless that I emailed the CEO two months ago about a similar issue.

Eric fixed his with Wyoming within a week, two months later the other stock still shows defaulted and owing $311,000 in back taxes.
This was just one of the reasons I sold all of the other stock and moved all that money here. I have to have confidence in the CEO, here I do, there I didn't.
