TDGI: We know they paid $2 million for the movie Twelve....this was reported by multiple sources in mainstream media. Second, we will all be able to see 100+ Movie titles available for purchase on you tube shortly. The company issued 200 million shares at the time of the merger to clear old debts and raise funds. We used to have 200 million shares to eat up, we've traded oer 400 million shares since they were issued so we're probably very close to being through the last of the overhang imho. Also, company hasn't issued another single share since the merger..and they've told us they have ways to raise money now without diluting further. This is a perfect set up.....we're still in the loading zone. Rockets don't blast off in the loading zone, first they have to move on to the launch pad which we should be moving to shortly. imho!
