Brian lied to us to pump the share price from .0001 to .0008 in April 2009 and then diluted about 2 billion for that quarter. Just read all the PRs from last April, look at the video and listen to the audio conference. The amount of B.S. in there is knee deep.

He also knew about YAG and the actual share structure. That's why Brian formed the DE corporation with a whopping 5 billion share structure so that he can move the assets over from Wyoming the same way that Carnes moved the assets from NV to WY.

Believe what you want but any level headed person can see that Brian's actions contradict his words.
