I had about 35,000 shares of this crap from way back. My broker recently told me i would either have to pay $7.50 a month to continue to hold it or fill out a form to sell it to worthlessness. That wasn't a tough decision. Something about there not being a registered agent for the stock or something to that effect. If anyone is interested, I'll cut and paste it.
