I am happy with the result of today and am long and strong with Wamuq.

This is all stating they are feeling momentum in talks over the 4b cash refund from Sj. this does not mean at all they are progressing on with the major lawsuits. the 4b is a big deal but not going to get commons paid probably at all. it will bring assets closer to liabilites. everyone is hopefuly that this ruling will then trigger the ongoing settlement talks to go further but no one knows for sure..

All just my opinion but people are throwing around settlement too loosely here. They are very different and both have huge differences in the outcome.
