Preferred Stock is used for most JVs if I am correct? Which does not dilute the common. This is my understanding and it makes a Big difference for the shareholders.

Have no reason at all to believe Katx is planning anything, TA is ungagged and 911 posts every trading day to keep rumors and accusations down.
