Freddy, many investors bought in prior to the last hearing. We did not get a huge selloff like after past hearings. As a matter of fact look at the price during that time compared to where we are now. Looks to me that many felt it was a safer bet to "stay in" at this point, rather than try to flip. Many more have added during the past couple of weeks and have shown the willingness to hold. If you take the time to go back and evaluate the acutal buys vs. sell over the last few weeks, you will see what I'm talking about. This stock has been trending awesome for three months now. I'd much rather be sitting at .27 waiting for news than sitting at .09.
The attorneys, media, judge, EC and everyone else has kept a tight lid on this. Volume will come when we get the right rulings, or a settlement.
