For the last time, the PR was quite clear, specially when put in perspective with outher statements made by Ken. The 50 million shares were for the full 5 million. It states that very very clearly in there. I am still not sure why people are having any trouble understanding this.
The only thing it states about 1 million shares are that they get that automaticly for the first 6 months, and then upon meeting other, non-disclosed requirements, they will get the other 4 million. There is nothing in that PR that would any way indicate that the 50 million shares were only for the 1 million for the first 6 months.
Further more, Ken has stated in other PRs that the share stucture WILL NOT CHANGE unless shares are needed to secure a JV deal. Now obviously, if the 50 million shares was only for 1 million, they would have to issue more shares to get the rest of the 4 million. Ken has already completely ruled that possiblity out, once again proving with out any doubts the 50 million was for the FULL 5 million shares.
The freaking PR title was "KATX SECURES UP TO 5 MILLION IN FINANCING". You can't "secure" up to 5 million in financing with only 50 million shares for 1 million cash. The only reason why "up to" was in there is because once again KATX has to meet certain requirements to gain access to the ALREADY SECURED 4 million.
I am quite sure those requirements for the rest of the money are things such as uplisting to the otcs/bbs, test drilling, etc...etc..etc.... AKA things the company was planning and wanting to do in the first place.
It is perfectly fine to question things, specially PRs, but it is completely absurd to try and pick apart something like this, something that has been talked about and already answered many times on here before. This is literally kicking a long dead horse.
