I have no doubt she is ready. It's the defendants in this case who are not. I believe the market responded to what has been the status quo thus far in hearings as UZUAL said. Investors are far from certain on this one. The mood today was cautious IMO. I am betting a lot that we get the SJ tommorrow. Getting in or out will be difficult once the gavel drops and expensive either way This is a big one.
I wonder what the spread is in vegas? LOL
