I read that news report and most should conclude the same thing even after reading it twice. 50m shares for 5m secured fund. The discussion that was going on some weeks ago was why would anyone pay way more per share (0.10/share) than the value it traded at the time. Every funding goes with a reasonable discount. Ken may not disclose the investor or terms agreed on, but could kill this thing in one of his mails.
