This is re. the Insurance Cos. in the Texas action dropping their claims due to ownership of WAMUQ, but retaining their claims to injuries due to holding WMB bonds. They are arguing on procedure - JPMC says "oh you need to file this stipulation under Rule 41(a) dismissing ALL claims, we'll pay our own legal fees and each go our merry way," whereas counsel for Plaintiffs respond "nice try you slippery eels, we're gonna use Rule 15(a) and amend the claims in this action (dropping the stock claims) but the case goes on."
