Hello TNZ, That is so well said and so simply too. There are very few in ones lifetime that as you say have such a high say/do ratio, but Monk is certainly one of them. We as a team have been wise enough to recognize this quality and form this team with him. May we be a team for a very long time. I know I for one would do anything to help others here because having recognized this quality in Monk, it means they know and appreciate the value of values!
