Tomorrow we could collaspe on "Sell the News".

Emptyhead, I would normally agree with your hunch and it may be true for many "normal" stocks where speculation on good news runs the PPS and then flattens or drops. But with WMI, (1) speculation of good news is getting old, (2) most longs are already invested in this and are tapped out, (3)the big money either is already in, waiting for concete evidence to put more money in a BK stock, or both.

Flippers and MMs are influencing the stock for the moment.

I think tomorrow we will move on concrete good news, even if it's the 4 billion that has been already been accounted in the MOR. The SJ rulling would eliminate any doubt of ownership so we should see an increase in PPS in all WMI classes.
