To tell you the truth, as an honest person would, I don't know what a stock certificate is nor why I would need one. I bought AMJC stock through e*trade and was not told that I would need a physical piece of paper for every share I owned. I suppose if I knew some fraud was going on I wouldn't have bought the shares in the first place let alone ask for certificates. Again I ask you: What public information do you or did you have that indicated that this was a fraudulant issue of stock and if you have that proof why would you buy the stock anyway?
