I don't see this anymore, take all the high tech start-up companies in Silicon Valley with technology that can change the world, do you know how hard it is for anyone there to get start up money of even $50-100 million dollars? Venture capitalists are no longer willing to shell out big money for these high tech companies anymore regardless of how lucrative the return may be, it's just too risky in today's economy to hand over large sums of money on start-ups.
