When I looked at the change in the business model, the leaser partnership was just one more item in the string of accomplishments by new management over the past 18 months. I believe they carefully looked at EVERTHING that made the old model unsuccessful.
(IMO) Attrition out of the old model with only a few "baggage" items was accomplished by end of Q3 with results beginning to show. I'm hopeful Q4 begins to show how the new business model operates with sales results.
