I still find it hard to believe that some private European investor group has 350 million to lend to help finance a start-up aerospace company. Money like that is simply not available anymore, Dean has no experience in big business, he's got the typical pink sheet CEO experience in that he's headed lots of small no name companies but nothing big. Big companies like GM, Chrysler, JP Morgan, Bank of America can't get loans for 350 million from private investors, why will Dean be successful?
Why would this so called mysterious Inver group from Ireland trust Dean with 350 million, do they think this 80 year old man will really be able to pay their money back plus interest and profits? Obviously there has been some setback or difficulties in obtaining the money.
Also why was the 40% equity stake requirement not explained to investors last year, why was Dean hiding this fact?
Just give us the truth.
