Thanks! Very well articulated response. I guess my struggle is with the whole market maker manipulation theory, as this infers that they "know" something about the stock they are making a market in. The other side of the coin is that they don't know anything about the stock and they are simply ensuring an efficient market between buyers and sellers.

That being said, I also noticed an imbalance on Level II when I could watch it. Whenever I glanced at it, there was always strong bid support and the ask was fairly thin, yet the price did not move from that tight band until the close. It could simply be that neither the sellers nor the buyers were willing to budge, but, given the overall imbalance throughout the day, this does not add up.

Regardless we had strong accumulation today with good volume. Let's hope for a sustained breakout before the end of the week.
