THE POINT IS:

I dont deny Dean giving expected price per share
, yet we must understand this is with the money in our hands. as everyone knows the 350 million funding deal was delayed but now is in the 9th inning and we are almost done here.

it wasnt in dean's hands, but now that he has recieved a certain amount of the 350,we know very well that the lender isnt BSing with delays this time around.
