I used to have a good website which kept up with that fight/lawsuit etc. .. I can't find it now.. but just 'perusing' google ...there's plenty. It appears it's not settled yet .. . of course these things are never settled .. think of union carbide now dow chemical guy living in florida responsible for the Bhopal disaster .....it's was over twenty years before they reached a pittance for a settlement ....he's still living and has never payed for the consequences of killing at least 20,000 PLUS hundreds of thousands critically ill which of course, does not even take into account the offspring of the victims ....I read somewhere that even today .. the pesticide STILL seeps into their ground water ...It was proven that their plant in India did not even have the 'basic' protections that their other pesticide plants did in the US. surprised ? ...;)
