VV the symbol changes go through FINRA now and they take more than few days. The 4-5 weeks is about right based on a couple of stocks that I have been in recently as FINRA is slow due to understaffing. The name change would show up on the Delaware site and if submitted today we should be able to see its reflection within at least the next week and I plan on purchasing an updated report from Delaware next week.

The approval could simply mean MonkeyRocks board approved to go forward. imho
