eHydrogen Solutions, Inc. (eHS) (PINKSHEETS: EHYD) announced today the completion of an Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer Agreement substantially expanding its core On Demand Hydrogen Production (ODHP) technologies. In addition to its advanced electrolysis technologies, the Company has now acquired new leading edge ODHP technologies, including real-time hydrogen production utilizing a combination of Reactive Metals, nanotechnology and plasma reformation.

The transaction is valued at $2,000,000 purchased with a combination of Preferred Stock and minority debt. The company will soon post complete consolidate financials with all relevant disclosures.

The addition of these core ODHP technologies, together with the Company's recently announced breakthrough in hydrogen production, has expanded eHydrogen Solutions' developmental scope to include heating, power production, fuel cell applications, advanced battery technologies, Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engines (HICE) and a number of other advanced CleanTech solutions.

The Company recently announced dramatic increases in efficient on demand hydrogen production sufficient to both heat a standard home and generate up to 25% of FREE ELECTRICITY to meet domestic needs.

The Company expects to further these advances through the integration with its newly acquired ODHP core technologies.
