That's true and RT paid the fees to pinksheets but this is where the conflict comes in.

RT has submitted forms to PinkSheets and they have not published them as they would lead you to believe they would automatically.

They even claim that the process is automaticly done online while also claiming there is/isn't a review process depending on which part of their website you read and there is more to this than meets the eye unless you've access as a subscriber.

So now we wait to see financial info. on our own public site and we'll see if picksheets complies with their side of the bargain or if they are just to busy changing their name and collecting fees to bother. I do believe Picksheets/OTCBB.com is begging a class action suit.
