Is Pawlenty planning to have the Fed law changed that currently requires ERs who accept Fed funds (and that's just about all of them) to treat anyone who presents with a medical emergency?...OR is Pawlenty just looking for cheap publicity among his non-caring conservs to win a primary race?
As the '12 primary race heats up, it'll be interesting to watch Repubs pander to conserv by showing how little they care for others.
