can't find it now.

i read everthing i could find about shanta and viper. both companies acquired their licenses from the original license holder which is kinzi. that might be the tanzanian govt or a govt official. i couldn't find any more info about kinzi. but the contracts were (filed on/registered with) the canadian tsx exchange and i just gave them a quick look. all the licenses are filed jointly with kinzi and the puchasing company. most gold and mineral mining deals are registered in canada.
