Merck KGaA Agrees to Buy Millipore Corp. for About $7.2 Billion

Feb. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Merck KGaA said it has entered a definitive agreement to buy all the outstanding shares in Millipore Corp. for $107 a share in cash, valuing the deal at about $7.2 billion.
