You and I are on the same path, Kermit.

If I can hit 20 to 50 pips a day, I have completed my goal.

I simply balance out the value of the pips with my overall goal. That way I'm not pushing myself to find more and more pips....just increasing the value of the pip based on a percentage scale of the account as a whole.

All I want is consistency.
