The PFOB BK Trustee has approved the shell to accept a merger.

I know who the merger is and so do a few others, but we cannot legally say.

Do your DD on the previous owners and the share structure.

We also know that there are only 14M shares here. All of the other shares were canceled in the BK filing. So you can ignore the 50M previous OS.

So, the total share count is 14M. That is it.

We believe that the free trading shares (legal shares) is less than 5M.

I know what company holds 4M of the 5M and so does JJ.

Do the math and watch this one fly to a buck.
