So are you saying that you have checked with the transfer agent and that you are positive that there are STILL two BILLION shares outstanding? Are you also saying that they will not use whatever shares they have under the 5 BILLION Authorized to consummate any "alleged" future transactions? And if they do use whatever shares may be left under the 5 BILLION Authorized to consummate any future "alleged" transactions, do you not believe that they would then be likely to conduct a reverse split? Regardless of how close they are to the 5 BILLION Authorized, I still see no financing alternative for these "alleged" transactions other than massive shareholder dilution one way or another. Do you? If so, what is it?
