bluebird, we've had quite a few claims dropped of late. and truthfully, i am a bit confused by the happenings.

what is the legalese reason for doing so? are they going to attach someone else? and, if not, do they just disappear? and again, if so, why in fact are they being released?

basically, if i had my hooks in someone for X dollars, i wouldnt let go until the court said so, or had a settlement. any thoughts?
