So why don't you please give me the smart commentary? Exactly what is reverse split territory? Billions of shares outstanding do not qualify? I don't know how many billions are currently outstanding here after this recent dilution, but a company does not have to be at their authorized level before conducting a reverse split. That is especially true if a company is trying to raise capital for an acquisition. What else besides shares in the company are they going to use as capital? Otto's reputation? I'd really like to know.
