It's any company that issues additional debt while appearing to already be on life support. It's not a peculiar view at all, it's one based on data, even if others are viewing that data through rose colored glasses, with their head in the sand, due to the data transgressing their own ideology. Appearing to take the position that this adding of additional debt, is some sort of thing that is no big deal for this company, because other companies have done it....... Now that's the real peculiar view, if you ask me.
