Yes I am also not that excited , but you got to think about the recent filing, and why are they bothering to go back two years and tweak a file if the company is going to go bankrupt of shut down completely and be a shell , it just doesn't make much sense to me , it only make sense if they are being looked at by someone, that might be interested in the company . I have seen companies come back from the grave , ACTC is one I own , bought it at a penny when everyone way selling , now ACTC was in the New York Times and is on the verge of stem sell miracles went to 20 cents and is holding at 10 cents , not for long , it has a ton of shares out but the stem sells they developed are pure and don't cause cysts , unlike Gerons symbol GERN spinal stem sells that are not pure and are give them problems.
