Insiders all took off! The bank owns the company, but they haven't filed chapter 11? I still see a lot of receivables on the books.... But it looks like .05 to .07 may be about all there is to recover...

And I thought bank financing was a good thing... In penny land, they just sell some more convertible debentures and refinance the loans... I guess the insiders just don't understand pennyland.

Oh well, guess I'll need a new 'cane play this year!
