Thank you but, I think that if I understand it .. Now the 1Mil is worth about 900 us and when they or if they drop the 3'0s it will still be worth the same. I have so little that it will not matter, will it... As I said I have talked to my tax man and was told that a loan is nontaxable nor do you have to report it.. If that is the way I have to go.. I was just hoping for a better way. Like paying some tax's and not hiding anything.
