VIVI-Seabird World Air Expects 747's to Be Available in February

MIAMI, Dec 2, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Viva International, Inc.(OTCBB:VIVI) announced today that it has been informed that Seabird World Air will be able to deliver two (2) Boeing 747-269B aircraft during February of 2005. Accordingly, Seabird is renewing its negotiations with the Company on a long-term lease. The 747's are expected to be utilized in connection with the Company's subsidiary interests in the Dominican Republic. Utilization of the aircraft is expected to be in support of a route structure favoring travel to and from certain South American destinations.
