So you fault Peter for applying the knowledge he gained on a situation and changing course? Peter felt after investigation that the GTM-R wouldn't be feasible. I'd rather have a CEO recognize, "I'm throwing money down a hole, I should stop" than a CEO say, "I'm throwing money down a hole, but if I stop the shareholders will get mad, so I'll keep doing it." But that is just me. I like CEOs that make hard decisions.
