Doing a quick look of 10 day forecasts, looks like Chicago is going to be running about 5 degs above normal over the next 10 days. Hm, Albany, NY is showing at least 5 and maybe more. You think it's really going to get up to 61 next Tuesday? That's what Intellicast.com is showing. I don't see no cold snap coming.

And looking at their jet stream, it's showing it pumping air from the Southwest to the Northeast and that's what the temperature forecasts are predicting.
