How does this rule fit with the investment in EKNO.OB (#msg-304321) the pennyking made in March this year? By the way, the post suggest the price was $.5/share (whatever the meaning "valued" at $1.5 MM is), but the shares have not traded above $.25, why the premium? The last financial statement show a negative net tangible, so why buying and not shorting EKNO.OB?
