be assured that I would have cut the loss quickly. Unlike most, I never become married to a security and I would have divorced that thing

merely that you were mentioning at the time that your broker wouldn't give you the shares. I think I would send them a thank you note with your Christmas Card unless you got a "divorce" from them <g>
