In edit, and now in MERQ, it as not moved much from last sale, back in even with last sale at $28.04.

Giving up a little, got bak in INVN at $31 flat a little while back, signs of a break out, a premium of $2 to last sale. Also got back in CCMP at $48.65, it is lagging the rest of the sector, and shoul catch up soon if we go above 1400 for good, a possibility.
