paul.....close your eyes and say the word would.....and could.......now if you had been in the USAF at tax payer expense and a communication specialist as i wuz...(oops...was)..lol...it was drilled upon us that time and space in communciations had to be condensed for purposes of efficiency...thus the phonetic speech.....now if you read wud and would.....cud and could.....which is the more efficient manner of speech?.....well the government knew.......lolol...seems they knew about bandwidth long before the web eh???....rolf
