I believe stockmen may be referring to Dr. Bob of Ask Dr. Bob a board of TA on Silicon Investor and on which Chichi2 posted occasionally way back when.

Dr. Bob was ill that is all I know and the board it appears has became operationally a little defunct (if that is not too much of an oxymoron, like a woman being a little bit pregnant).

In the case of the Ask Dr. Bob board it appears to have very few contributions now, the last time I looked.
