One key thing is this: as long as we see 500 below the bid, then the MMs aren't full yet. But they have to account for the money they manage just like we do to ourselves. They can't hold millions of dollars of LEHJQ for months on end with no volume. They have to have eventual action, because that is how they make their profits.
