Rickszy, that request to “sealed documents” IMO was to help protect FDIC and JPM from the very damaging and possible fraud exposed – that they wish to keep “sealed”

This would only get exposed and “unsealed” if they wish to not settle and we the EC continues litigation in courts. They ether make a fair settlement now or have damaging fraud exposed.
