Yeah that's what i have been thinking and i believe Bop has eluded too, if you sold (pre takeover shares) you need to file against JPM/FDIC. If you have not sold...pre or post doesn't matter. In some ways, post shares purchased actually had a larger risk , ie; buying a BK stock.
