love_the_pe...: Rampant optimism about a company without any definitive reason probably isn't the best reason to hold a stock.

If these diagnostic tests were so amazingly amazing, the merger would not be necessary nor would it be done at this time. Everything about this merger smells funny and when a pinksheet smells funny, you have to protect your investment and move it into something more stable.

Good luck to you guys. I'm going to be watching it all from the sidelines.
