$16 is before we go to Trial.. Trials are expensive "have you seen the billing statements since Oct08?" we could probably avoid 1 Bil in Fees. We have so many lawyers and professionals employed at or near $700 an hour.. It would be better to just finish at $16. Equity value right before seizure as at or near $11.72 PPS.

Gice it an extra $4 for interest and lost dividends are 2 years and you are in the right place..
